The location was magnificent, just a few steps away from the old town. This charming hotel is conveniently located 300 metres from the underground station. I booked a suite with the most amazing pillows and a lovely balcony, which truly felt like a luxury room.

theory hotel was a delightful surprise during my recent stay in tbilisi. the location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the rooms were comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and the rooftop terrace offered incredible views.
